These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the USDT Miner : Virtual Simulator mobile application, package name com.ninja.usdt.simulator.ii (“Application”), developed and operated by KS Digital Labs (“Service Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, installing or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

1. Simulation Service

USDT Miner : Virtual Simulator is a fictional cryptocurrency mining simulation created solely for entertainment and educational purposes.

The Application does not:

  • Perform real cryptocurrency mining

  • Generate real USDT or other cryptocurrency

  • Use device hardware for actual mining

  • Connect to a blockchain or mining pool

  • Provide cloud-mining services

  • Provide cryptocurrency wallets

  • Accept deposits or withdrawals

  • Process financial transactions

  • Provide investment opportunities

  • Guarantee earnings or financial returns

2. Virtual Values

All balances, hash rates, session results, streaks, multipliers and other values displayed in the Application are virtual.

Virtual values:

  • Exist only within the simulator

  • Have no real-world monetary value

  • Do not represent ownership of USDT

  • Cannot be withdrawn or transferred

  • Cannot be exchanged for money

  • Cannot be converted into cryptocurrency

  • Cannot be used to purchase goods or services

KS Digital Labs has no obligation to pay or compensate users for virtual values displayed or lost within the Application.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Application.

If you are below the legal age required to accept these Terms in your country, you may use the Application only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

4. License

KS Digital Labs grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to install and use the Application for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes.

No ownership rights are transferred to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, sell, rent, distribute or sublicense the Application

  • Modify, reverse-engineer or extract its source code, except where permitted by law

  • Bypass or interfere with security or technical controls

  • Present virtual balances as real cryptocurrency

  • Use screenshots or simulator values to deceive another person

  • Claim that the Application provides real mining or income

  • Use the Application for fraud or financial solicitation

  • Introduce malware or harmful code

  • Violate applicable laws or third-party rights

6. Local Simulator Data

The Application stores your virtual balance, session history, active timer and daily streak locally on your device.

Local data may be lost when you:

  • Use the Clear Data feature

  • Clear Application storage

  • Uninstall the Application

  • Reset or replace your device

  • Experience device or storage failure

We do not guarantee that deleted or lost simulator data can be recovered.

7. Clear Data

The Settings screen provides a Clear Data option.

Using it may permanently reset:

  • Virtual balance

  • Active session

  • Session history

  • Daily streak

  • Last claim time

  • Related preferences

You are responsible for reviewing the confirmation dialog before resetting your data.

8. No User Account

The Application does not require or provide a user account.

It does not create a mining account, cryptocurrency account, financial account or wallet. Simulator data is not synchronized with a server or blockchain address.

9. No Financial Advice

Nothing within the Application constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax or legal advice.

The virtual balance, multipliers and simulated results must not be used to make financial or investment decisions.

Consult a qualified professional before making decisions involving money or cryptocurrency.

10. External Links

The Application may open Privacy Policy, Terms or support resources using your external browser.

KS Digital Labs does not control or accept responsibility for third-party websites, their availability, content, security or privacy practices.

Your use of an external website is governed by that website’s own terms and policies.

11. Intellectual Property

The Application’s original code, interface, graphics, animations, text, design and branding are owned by or licensed to KS Digital Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit Application content without written permission.

“USDT,” “Tether” and other third-party names or trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their descriptive use does not imply an affiliation, partnership, sponsorship or endorsement.

12. No Affiliation

USDT Miner : Virtual Simulator and KS Digital Labs are not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by or endorsed by:

  • Tether Operations Limited

  • Cryptocurrency exchanges or wallets

  • Blockchain networks

  • Mining companies or pools

  • Banks or financial institutions

  • Government authorities

The Application is not an official USDT or Tether product.

13. Availability and Updates

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue the Application or any feature at any time.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Application will always be available

  • Every feature will operate without errors

  • Simulator progress will never be lost

  • The Application will work on every device

  • External links will remain available

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, compatibility, uninterrupted operation or preservation of simulator data.

Your use of the Application is at your own risk.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KS Digital Labs will not be liable for losses or damages resulting from:

  • Use or inability to use the Application

  • Loss of simulator progress

  • Reliance on virtual balances or results

  • Mistaking virtual values for real cryptocurrency

  • Financial decisions made by a user

  • Device or operating-system failure

  • External websites or services

  • Unauthorized or unlawful use

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Termination

You may terminate these Terms by stopping use and uninstalling the Application.

We may restrict or discontinue the Application if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risks, or if continued operation becomes impractical or unlawful.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Application, legal requirements or our practices.

Updated Terms will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, where permitted by law.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India, unless applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
