This Privacy Policy applies to the USDT Miner : Virtual Simulator mobile application, package name com.ninja.usdt.simulator.ii (“Application”), developed and operated by KS Digital Labs (“Service Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

The Application is provided as a virtual simulation service and is intended for use “AS IS.”

1. About the Application

USDT Miner : Virtual Simulator is an offline cryptocurrency mining simulation created for entertainment and educational purposes.

The Application does not perform real cryptocurrency mining, connect to a blockchain, generate cryptocurrency or provide financial services.

2. Personal Information

The Application does not require registration or a user account.

We do not ask you to provide:

  • Name

  • Email address within the Application

  • Phone number

  • Physical address

  • Government identification

  • Payment or banking information

  • Cryptocurrency wallet address

  • Password, seed phrase or private key

The Application does not collect or transmit personal information to KS Digital Labs servers.

3. Locally Stored Simulator Data

The Application uses SharedPreferences to store simulation progress locally on your device.

Locally stored information includes:

  • mining_start_time: timestamp of an active simulated session

  • mining_total_balance: accumulated virtual balance

  • mining_sessions_list: simulated session history

  • rewards_streak_count: daily streak progress

  • rewards_last_claim_time: last daily claim timestamp

This information is used only to:

  • Resume an active simulated session

  • Display your virtual balance

  • Maintain simulated session history

  • Calculate daily streak progress

  • Restore simulator progress when you reopen the Application

This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to KS Digital Labs.

All balances, sessions, rewards, multipliers and mining values are virtual and have no real-world monetary value.

4. Permissions

The Application does not request sensitive or dangerous runtime permissions.

It does not request access to:

  • Camera

  • Precise or approximate location

  • Microphone

  • Contacts

  • Photos, videos or media

  • Device storage

  • SMS messages

  • Call logs

  • Calendar

  • Health information

  • Push notifications

  • Advertising identifier

The Android manifest may contain a standard PROCESS_TEXT query used by the Flutter framework for compatible text-processing interactions. This query is not a runtime permission and does not allow the Application to collect your personal information.

5. Internet, Analytics and Advertising

The core simulator operates offline and does not require a remote server.

The current version does not integrate:

  • Advertising SDKs

  • Third-party analytics SDKs

  • Crash-reporting SDKs

  • Social-media SDKs

  • Cloud databases

  • Cryptocurrency or blockchain services

The Application does not send simulator activity, virtual balances or session history to an analytics or advertising provider.

6. External Links

The Settings screen may allow you to open the Privacy Policy or Terms and Conditions in your device’s external browser.

The Application displays a confirmation before opening an external link.

When you open a website in your browser, the website and browser may process information such as your IP address, browser information or device information under their respective privacy policies.

KS Digital Labs does not control the data practices or content of external websites and services.

7. Support Contact

The Application displays the support email address:

The Copy Email option only copies this address to your clipboard. It does not automatically send an email or transmit information.

If you voluntarily contact us, we may receive:

  • Your email address

  • Your name, if included in your email account

  • Your message

  • Attachments or technical information you choose to provide

We use this information only to respond to your request and provide support.

Do not include passwords, private keys, seed phrases, wallet credentials, banking details or other sensitive information in your email.

8. Data Sharing

KS Digital Labs does not sell, rent or trade personal information.

Because simulator data remains locally on your device, we do not receive or share your:

  • Virtual balance

  • Session history

  • Active timer

  • Daily streak

  • Simulator preferences

Information voluntarily submitted through support email may be disclosed only when required by law, necessary to respond to your request or needed to protect users and the Service Provider from fraud, abuse or security threats.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Locally stored simulator data remains on your device until you:

  • Use the Clear Data option within the Application

  • Clear the Application’s storage through device settings

  • Uninstall the Application

Using Clear Data may permanently erase:

  • Virtual balance

  • Active session

  • Session history

  • Daily streak

  • Last claim timestamp

  • Other simulator preferences

The Application does not provide user accounts or store simulator data on our servers. Therefore, there is no server-side account to delete.

Your operating system may separately back up or restore application data according to your device and backup settings.

Support emails may be retained for a reasonable period to respond to requests, maintain records, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Application is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact kaushiksuhagiya90840@gmail.com so we can take appropriate action.

11. Security

Simulator data is stored locally within the Application’s private storage.

We use reasonable measures to protect information voluntarily submitted through support communications. However, no electronic storage or communication method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Simulation Disclaimer

USDT Miner : Virtual Simulator is a fictional simulation.

The Application:

  • Does not perform real cryptocurrency mining

  • Does not generate real USDT or money

  • Does not connect to mining pools or blockchain nodes

  • Does not use device hardware for real mining

  • Does not provide wallets, deposits or withdrawals

  • Does not process financial transactions

  • Does not provide investment or financial advice

  • Does not promise income or financial returns

All displayed balances, hash rates, session results, multipliers and values are virtual and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, exchanged or converted into real money or cryptocurrency.

The Application and KS Digital Labs are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Tether Operations Limited, cryptocurrency exchanges, blockchain networks, mining companies, financial institutions or government authorities.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Application, legal requirements or our practices change.

Updates will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. You should review this Privacy Policy periodically.

14. Your Consent

By using the Application, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, stop using and uninstall the Application.
